ABOUT DOS
DOS was created by me, Anika Sinclair, when I was 14 years old. I started it with one clear mission: to prove that anyone, no matter their age, background, or learning differences, can build something meaningful and make a real impact.
I live with a visual processing disorder and read and write at the level of a 10-year-old. School was challenging for me, but sport was where everything clicked. It became my confidence, my outlet, and my future. DOS came from that journey, it’s a reminder that progress doesn’t come from doing everything at once, but from taking one step forward.
What started as a simple idea has grown into something used by people all over the world. But DOS isn’t just a bottle, it’s a symbol of possibility. I designed it for active people, with a hidden storage compartment in the base so athletes and everyday doers can stay organised, confident, and ready for whatever their day brings.
But for me, DOS has always been about more than a bottle. Giving back has been part of the brand from the very beginning. I dream to have the ability it help and support people in our community.
DOS is hydration with purpose, built for movement, community, and belief.

Shipping Policy
At DOS, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship across New Zealand and internationally. Shipping availability and timeframes may vary depending on your location.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Pre-orders are processed once stock arrives and will be shipped according to the estimated delivery timeframe provided at checkout.
Delivery Times
- New Zealand: 2–5 business days
- Australia: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Pre-Orders
If you purchase a pre-order item, your order will be shipped once stock arrives (e.g. late April–early May as stated on product pages). You will be notified of any delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Delays & Issues
DOS is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. However, if you experience any issues, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Return & Refund Policy
At DOS, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
To request a return, please contact us through our website with your order details.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items cannot be refunded due to change of mind once the order has been placed. However, if there is a fault or issue, we will resolve this.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
